PERMALEX® L Liquid Solvent Dyes for Industrial Coating
PERMALEX L Liquid Solvent dyes do not contain any of the 20 amines prohibited by German regulations. Their main application is for top color coating. The color strength of these dyes is 16% and they have good stability when stored under proper conditions.
The solvent contained in PERMALEX L Liquid Solvent dyes is a mixture of water and organic solvent – mainly Methoxy Propanol. These dyes are easily diluted with water or Ethylglycol, 2-Ethoxy Ethanol, Acetone, etc. These dyes have a pH of approximately between 5 and 8. The pH value is checked by 1 proportion of dye in 9 proportions of water.
With the exception of blue and green colors, the light fastness ranges from 6-7, examined by the carbon arc light method.
